Compassionate efficiency

When our little puppy Daisy died suddenly, we were so consumed by grief that the thought of going through an insurance claim was beyond daunting. The wonderful team at Bought By Many dealt with our case with expertise and efficiency but also with understanding and compassion, all of which were much needed at the time. They were everything they promised when we took out our insurance policy, indeed they exceeded our already high expectations, and I cannot thank them enough or recommend them more highly.
