Pricey cruciate surgery, no quibble and brilliant service

We had just had our insurance a couple of months when our dog seriously injured her cruciate ligament. Bought by many were brilliant ! Sympathetic, understanding and responsive. It made the whole ordeal that little bit less stressful. I’ve been with a couple of other companies over the years and now won’t go elsewhere. Crikey I sound like an advert LOL. They really were that good to deal with. I only knocked off one star because of the ability to contact on some occasions, however, it was for some minor stuff that I think I could have found out myself. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Brilliant, easy to deal with

We’ve been insured by BBM for our German shepherd pup who got ill with a stomach bug and we pod a fortune in vet bills, BBM were very easy to deal with on the phone or online, paid out our claim very quickly with no issues and now deal with the vets directly meaning we don’t have to pay out any bills to the vet. There prices for insurance are very good and worth every penny! Only the best for our pup and that’s why we’ve stayed with BBM Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Our two rescue cats needed treatment, one cat had severe infection in his inner ear and needed very expensive surgery .Bought by many pet insurance payed it promptly and all along the way kept us informed of the progress of the claim. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Unbeatable in every way

I could (and do) go on & on about how brilliant I have found BBM. My dog has had an unbelievable amount of intensive Vetinary care this year & BBM have gone out of there way to ensure that dealing with the financial side of this difficult time has been one less thing for me to worry about. The process is simple, the staff are friendly, compassionate and happy to help in any way they can. The cover offered far exceeds any other insurance company I have come across and the premiums are extremely reasonable. I don’t usually post recommendations, but cannot speak highly enough of BBM and have never been happier to recommend any organisation. I feel extremely grateful that such a wonderful company exists. Fast and efficient

I’ve unfortunately made two claims this year for my accident prone cat. One claim was during Covid-19. I made the claims via telephone and received a fast and friendly service each time. Staff followed up enquiries with the vets both times. I found the overall service to be reliable. It’s just a shame you have to pay 20% of the claim. That’s the only downside.
