I switched to bought by many at the start of the year as their cover was perfect for my 3 cats. The monthly payments were very competitive, the discount for having multiple pets on the plan is a bonus. One of my cats fell ill for the first time in her life with an acute kidney injury and needed nearly £5000 worth of treatment to get her back to full health again. The bill was settled quickly despite being during the pandemic which was a huge relief! All communications online or over the telephone have been straight forward and helpful so couldn’t really recommend them enough! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Having been recommended pet plan by a number of friends and family, I am so glad I researched further and found that bought by many offered the comprehensive and extensive cover I was looking for at a much more competitive price point. I am reassured that my little dog is well looked after and when I did have to submit a claim to cover the cost of an emergency visit to the vet, the process was straightforward and easy. Bought by many kept me informed throughout, with regards to the status of my claim, and it was paid with no quibbles or hassle. Highly recommended- why pay more!? Truly 5 star product and service.
