I recommend BBM to everyone. Quick, hassle free claim process. Excellent value. Comprehensive cover. Extra additions that you don’t expect like online vet cover and free promotions on Tails food. They really look after their customers. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Price doesn't increase for dogs under 5

Having insurance with bought by many has been amazing so far. The policy is very easy to read and isn't full of confusing jargon. The first vet consultations being included have saved us money and have been really useful in an emergency. Overall I would highly recommend bought by many to anyone and will be sticking with them for a long time. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Sadly my dog had to have a small operation after treatment that was unsuccessful. The staff at BBM were more than helpful. It is so easy to claim on line and payment followed very promptly. Can not fault them excellent value for money Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
