A rough year

Early in 2020 our dog had a spinal injury and Bought By Many more than matched our expectations with their service, 8 weeks into her recovery our dog suffered another disc issue in her spine and Bought By Many were still there to cover for her extensive hospital bills and vet fees. Amazing company

Bought by Many have been amazing and helpful whilst our tiny Biewer Terrier Poppy has been having all sorts of treatment including chemotherapy. They have dealt directly with the veterinary surgery on our behalf which has also made life easier, especially as we have had to travel to them for her treatment as it’s not something that our local surgery can do. If I have had to call them they have been most helpful in sorting any issues that may have arrived. I must admit there haven’t really been any at all. Nothing has been refused payment either and the cover we have had been extremely convenient for the amount of treatment required. I have recommended them to many friends and family. Thankfully I've not had cause to claim on my policy, but the whole process fo choosing the best policy, filling in the forms, and talking to them when I've had a query has been quick and easy, and I'm sure the process of claiming will be just as painless.
