Quality at a sensible price

Luckily I’ve never had to use this policy fully, however there are useful extras such as the online examination and notifications on payments. The premium is sensible and wasn’t growing exponentially like my previous big name insurer Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Firstly it was very easy to sort through the different levels of cover and determine which was right for my puppy. All my friends recommended Bought By Many, even my friend who is a vet recommended Bought By Many. I have had a positive experience to date and their 24 hour vet access via an app is a brilliant offering. I'm pleased I'm with Bought by Many. Proof is in the pudding they say... I have two dogs and 2 cats with this company, I have made 1 claim up to now, quite substantial, and they paid out almost immediately , always somebody to help with any enquiry, Ive had pet insurance before, But changed to bbm, and so glad I did, they were cheaper than my other company as well , happy to recommend Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Claims are always settled quickly and good communication throughout. There are lots of options for different types of insurance including a zero excess option. I particularly like the inclusion of free video vet Consultations which I have used a couple of times and which has saved me money in vet visits. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
