really good customer service, nothing is too much. The price of plans is great and what you get included. On my plan i have 24/7 video consultations to speak to a vet and that was great and best of all it was free. Couldnt recommend more Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Touch wood, we've not had to use our Bought By Many pet insurance yet but we have two dachshunds who we love so much and it gives reassurance to know we have the best possible cover for them at an affordable price. Here's hoping we never have to use it. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

I have now been with Bought By Many for over a year having just renewed my policy. I like that the cover is very well explained and gives different options for each level of cover. The price in comparison to other insurance companies is great. At the end of the day you want to be able to look after your pet should the worse happen but don't want it to cost your salary in order to do it. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

We have recently had to make claims for our 2 dogs, so were are well placed to be able to comment on how good 'Bough by Many' are. The service just couldn't have been better, from our initial contact to register the claim all the way through to settlement - the process couldn't have been more straight forward & at a monthly premium that is both affordable and very competitive. I have already recommended 'Bought By Many' to my friends, based on my recent contact, my experiences & how much I pay each month for such a fantastic service. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
