I have been with Bought by Many for about 4 years. I have only had to claim once and the process was so easy. The team were helpful and kept me up to date with the process. The cover for the price is amazing and I have recommended it to a lot of my friends with dogs and they have been happy as well. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

When I phoned about an error in my policy the customer services guy coukdn't HVe bedn more hpful. Likewise when I phoned to let the Co. Pant know that I coukdn't get my pets vaccinated because of Covid 19 customer services coukdn't have bedn more helpful. Great compant Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Torn skin on the whippet

Helpful every step of the way!

We have used different insurers prior to moving over to Bought by Many and the process seemed purposely difficult. Dealing with Bought by many was very refreshing and the team were extremely helpful when our dog Dash needed some dental work. From the very beginning the process was extremely easy and the team helped keep us updated even through the COVID situation. Constant texts on progress along with speaking to the team directly was a great experience and extremely easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for great insurance for their pet!
