Competitive quotes, well handled claims

BBM have always given us competitive quotes, but you only really know how good insurance is when you come to need to make a claim. We've had to make our first claim with BBM in the last few weeks. Paid out for a claim repair a broken canine tooth on my puppy caused by a temporary cap which was on to straighten her tooth. Was an accident but was linked to a clinical procedure (not covered). My parents use them for their new dog on my recommendation. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Easy and stress free - totally recommend. No excess!

Great communication throughout; from monthly statements to having a claim accepted and paid out. We had one big issue with our dog when he was only a few months old and Bought By Many immediately paid for the full vets bill, no questions asked. No excess too which is incredible and makes everything so easy. Feel like we are in safe hands. Have already recommended to a number of friends. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
