Best pet insurance company I've ever used

I've had dogs for 20+ years and had a few different insurers, all of whom have been pretty useless and also put up my premiums massively each year. Bought by Many have really excellent cover for the price, don't do the premium hike and it's always easy to get through and talk to a knowledgeable advisor. I would recommend them. I had to make a claim last year and couldn't find a claim form so I rang up and was told it was all done on line. I was a bit worried as I'm not all that good on the computer but the friendly worker took all the details contacted my vet and the claim was settled and paid within a couple of days, brilliant work.
