As a veterinary nurse who has been working in the veterinary profession for 20 years, I know just how important pet insurance is. I recently purchased a policy for my cat and can not fault the process. Quick and easy to apply with fantastic prices for lifelong protection. I couldn't ask for any more in a policy. Bought by Many helped us manage a really upsetting time when our dog had to have emergency surgery. One phone call with our vet's details and they did the rest. It was a massive load off our mind and they were so sympathetic and kind over the phone. They managed our claim so quickly in lock-down too, I would recommend this insurance to any pet owner. I had recently adopted a small 1 year old rescue mix and in the first week of having her she required an emergency visit to the hospital. Shortly after this I put in a claim on the Bought By Many website, which was an incredibly straightforward and quick process. I was notified of any changes to my claim both on the site and via text over the next few weeks. Once they had received the necessary info from my vet they paid out immediately into my bank account and notified me of this. There was no need to contact customer support at any point in the process, and at no point did I feel my claim was not important to them. Very satisfied. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Can't say I'm keen on the name but when I was looking to insure my kitten, their offers were unbeatable. When he got sick, they covered the costs and also let me know I was covered for £200 towards cost of special diet food that he needs. The video call with First Vet is also a reassurance. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to keep their pet in safe hands. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
