Good company pays out fast only downside is they dont do a pre authorisation for the vets to say they can do the treatment and they will pay out. You have to have the treatment needed then hope they will pay out once its been reviewed . Where as 99 percent of other insurers you can ring up get a pre authorisation from them for the vet to do whats needed knowing they will pay Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
