Good variety of cover

They have a level of cover that will suit pretty much all needs. Simple online purchase. Yet to make a claim and hope I don’t need to but other reviews say it is straightforward with them. Would be good to have multi pet discount in different policies. My two dogs have different policies Due to the age gap and their multi pet discount does not apply to this instance. Good company pays out fast only downside is they dont do a pre authorisation for the vets to say they can do the treatment and they will pay out. You have to have the treatment needed then hope they will pay out once its been reviewed . Where as 99 percent of other insurers you can ring up get a pre authorisation from them for the vet to do whats needed knowing they will pay Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
