No hassle pet insurance

I’d never have believed pet insurance could be so simple to access and understand. Even my vet didn’t believe me when I said I had no excess to pay! From receiving emails confirming my direct debit had gone through to keeping me in the loop at every turn while my claims have been going through, I feel really satisfied - and valued as a customer. Such a refreshing change and it meant I could have more time to worry about the dog’s recovery and less about how I would pay for his treatment. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Could not have been better

Having never had a pet requiring insurance before it was a bit of a minefield traipsing through the small print comparing policies. When I found BBM it was a breath of fresh air. Clear, easy to understand policies and a helpline just in case I’d not found it comprehensive enough. A little more pricey than some of the others but you really do get what you pay for. I’ve used the free vet nurse assistance for reassurance with my first ever dog and could not be happier with my choice of company. For definite I will renew year on year. Feline important & cared for

When my cat was unwell earlier this year, I had to claim under my insurance. On making an initial phone call after she fell ill & discussing the steps I needed to follow in order to make a claim, I was left with the impression that I was important and that the call operator cared about my cat and her treatment. The process was so easy - uploading details of the claim to receiving a full 0% excess payment took just over 6 weeks - not quite the 5 weeks that was stated, (I gifted a star off for this), but quicker than a well known other Pet Insurer I'd used previously. And with no excess to pay. I was kept informed of the progress of my claim by both e-mail & telephone. I'm so pleased with this Insurer that I've swapped my other cat over to the policy and saved money too. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

No hassle, great!

Getting my first pair of Savannah kittens in February I researched and found BBM to be the one... The review certainly weren’t wrong, within 3 months of the policy my male kitten had an accident and BBM paid out almost £600, within 14 days no issues. Then 3 months down the line unfortunately my female kitten passed away, BBM were again fantastic. Paid out again over £700 with just 7 day’s, can’t thank them enough and I tell everyone about them! Good variety of cover

They have a level of cover that will suit pretty much all needs. Simple online purchase. Yet to make a claim and hope I don’t need to but other reviews say it is straightforward with them. Would be good to have multi pet discount in different policies. My two dogs have different policies Due to the age gap and their multi pet discount does not apply to this instance.
