Reassuring, supportive, friendly and honest at all times!

As any animal lover would know, when your pet is ill, not quite themselves, you feel useless at first because they can’t tell you what’s wrong. Brought By Many as a company and their members of staff, were very quick to assist me when my dog became ill. I’m on my own so to have a guiding hand, support and reassurance, made a tense situation easier to deal with. We joined Bought by Many in February 2019 for our two pugs. We have claimed just once for our female and we were really impressed by the quick turnaround. Confident that everything will be dealt with perfectly when I have to claim

I have two dogs a Labrador aged four and a Tibetan Terrier age fifteen months. BBM has paid up fully (apart from excess) and promptly for each of them, dealing directly with my vet. My premium did not go up by more than inflation. I am confident that I can get the care my dogs need without having to worry about taking them to them to the vet. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Fantastic pet insurance

I've had pet insurance with bought by many for several years, I have 2 dogs and 4 cats in that time. Unfortunately 2 cats were victims of road accidents, 1 dying instantaneously and the other needed to be euthanized due to severe injury to his spine. Bought by many were so helpful and understanding in what were terrible circumstances and made the process as painless as they could. I felt they genuinely cared. In less traumatic times they have given advise re different policies available to suit each individual pet, very competitive prices. There has never been a quibble over claims (and there have been a few!) Only on 1 occasion was a claim declined and that was for a pre- existing condition. In addition they a great scheme of refunding 20% of any pet's premiums if there has been no claims on that particular pets policy in the year. Definitely the best pet insurance I have ever had.
