I have unfortunately had to claim from Bought by Many for my six month old puppy. The online claim form was simple to use and I felt well informed and updated by emails sent from Bought by Many detailing when each step had been undertaken and what the next stop was. They made what was a stressful and upsetting time simple and straightforward. I have already recommended them to my sister who is due to get a puppy in the next few weeks!
