I have yet to claim for my cat, touch wood, however when my kitten passed away and I needed to cancel his insurance, they made the process very quick and easy during a difficult time and were very sympathetic and sincere. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Changed to Bought By Many last October and they've been great! Really easy online form to complete and lots of options for different levels of insurance depending what you can afford. As a customer you also have the option of contacting FirstVet free of charge as many times as you like.
