Very good policy and price. Very easy to understand the terms feel my pet will ne looked after when needed in her life. You keep me well informed via email and I'm able to print the documents which is helpful. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Professional, efficient and compassionate

Both our previous cats were insured with Many Pets. They both passed away last year and we found your customer service to be excellent; very compassionate, professional and efficient. It was straightforward to make claims and they were processed very efficiently. We therefore didn't hesitate to choose your company to insure Pandora and Elsa this year. I moved to many pets from another provider as they were cheaper and provided better cover. Thankfully I have not had to claim for my pet, so I can't comment on the claims process, but switching was simple and I have had no problems whatsoever Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
