When I adopted my kitten I browsed a long time before finally settling for BBM. Why? Because it's good value for money. I could choose no excess and even add a little extra for when her time to go to Rainbow Bridge comes. It's not something I like to think about but I feel better knowing it's there. Getting the policy started was super quick and easy. I also like that I get an email a few days before my next direct debit payment is due. It means that should I need to I can transfer money and avoid trouble with my policy or having to pay fees from my bank. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

No nonsense policies

Fortunately never had to make a claim, however I have phoned with queries. Such friendly polite staff so understanding and constanty keeping me updated on how to keep my baby safe and healthy. Reasonably priced cover

Our dogs been previously insured with Animal Friends. This January they wanted to increase our monthly premium from £110 / dog to £298 / dog. Their policy only covered them for £2000 / condition, which isn’t a great help in case of an emergency surgery or chemotherapy. This was the moment we decided to look into other insurance providers and found Bought By Many. Now our monthly premium is £60 / two (!!!) dogs with an annual cover of £15000 EACH! I only claimed once and the money was in my bank within 3 working days. For Animal Friends it usually took minimum 3 weeks. My overall experience with Bought By Many is excellent, hope it stays that way. I highly recommend this company for everyone. Monika Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

I have recently insured both of my dogs with bought by many. The website and application system was so easy and accessible.
