When I needed to make a claim for my dog, which was a very stressful experience, they helped every step of the way to action the claim and to organise the reimbursement for the charges. I would totally 100% recommend. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Had to make a claim after my whippet, Haggis was bitten by an out of control, off lead boxer. Claim was dealt with quickly and without any issues. Very pleased, apart from my dog getting bitten of course! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Not many companies will even INSURE a dog over 9 years old but BoughtByMany will do it. And lifetime cover is still affordable even though she is 12. When one of my previous greyhounds died, I got a card from them as well as decent service so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
