We unfortunately needed to make a claim because our dog became lame. Because bought by many processed our claim quickly and emailed regular updates it meant we could focus on Lily getting better. Thank you for the peace of mind. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

BBM turned it around and left me smiling

Intially my claim was very slow and this was understandable during covid. When I needed my claim to be paid before a credit card bill BBM spung into action and didn't let me down and I was paid before causing any issues with my cash flow. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Really compassionate through a difficult time

I was a mess when my two fur babies died but could not have asked for more compassion from the lady who sorted my claim. She could tell I was finding it difficult to speak about the situation so offered other forms of communication and really made it easier for me. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

I haven't needed to make a claim (and I hope I never do), so this is purely on ease of setting up and communication. Amazing. The free First Vest and the reviews were what swung it for me as price wise they were all about the same. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
