Best Pet Insurance i've ever had: Monthly premium never increases: Yay!!

Although the monthly premium is higher than you can get other pet insurance for, it is much better value, as it does not increase, no matter how much you claim. I had other pet insurances which started off at approx. £10 per month, but increased each year, until reaching £120, at which point, I cancelled them altogether. When I insured my dog with Bought by Many, the monthly amount was £26.46, which is a lot higher than the £10 charged by other companies, but within weeks of starting this insurance, my dog swallowed part of a ball, which got stuck in her bowel, causing her pain, vomiting, etc. She had to have major surgery to remove the ball, as well as part of her bowel, which was starting to perforate. This operation cost £1500, which was paid for by Bought by Many (minus the excess) and 3 years later, my monthly premium is STILL £26.46. I opted to havethe money paid straight to the vet and it was paid promptly and without any fuss. They kept me informed via email and text what was happening, so that I was not left wondering what was going on and when things were likely to be settled. The facility to phone the company and speak to a vet is also a great feature. The only negative I can see is that prices seem to have gone up a good deal since I began this insurance: I have a new dog and asked for a quote, which came back at nearly double what I am paying for my other dog of the same breed. Also, I recommended B by M to my son for his new Bulldog, but he said the quote came back at over £100, so declined it. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Very affordable multi-pet insurers with good cover.

I have three cats and was with another insurer whose annual premiums almost doubled over the course of a few years. So I did a comparable search and Brought by Many kept popping up. I did extensive reviews and compared premiums to cover and found them to be the best value for money with the cover they offer. Easy online application and I feel assured they will look after my fur babies if the need arises. Will highly recommend them to family and friends. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Very easy to work with, and great pricing

We are now heading into 3rd year with Bought by Many. The pricing is very sensible, and the portal makes it very easy to see the policy and deal with the Claims. All the claims were paid with no issues, and the price held on renewal in the 2nd year, now a reasonable increase as our lovely Rover get's a bit older. The best pet insurance by some margin.
