The on-line claims process is straightforward and only takes a few minutes. Call centre staff have been extremely helpful and friendly when I have phoned for advice. Policy covers four cats and its nice to have piece of mind should any of them need to go to the vets. video vet call included great to have this. the policy id exceptional valie for money and is great value compared with other companies. break your policy down to 52 weekly payments it speaks for itself. join us you wont be disappointed.
