Good coverage and good customer support

I'm relatively new to pet insurance. I chose Bought By Many over the competitors as they had the largest cover for vet fees. There was a discount for having more than one dog and I needed insurance for my 2 rescue dogs. I made a claim for behavioural modification training for one of my dogs and I found the process, on the whole, a positive one. It was easy to speak to staff who had access to all the previous information on each call, I didn't have to repeat myself. The monthly premiums are reasonable and competitive. When a problem occurred it was dealt with quickly and positively. The customer support is very good. I recommend them to friends and family too. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Although I haven’t had cause to claim, I understand that the process would be simple if I had to. And, if I don’t claim in the annual policy period, I get a 20% refund of my premium. What's not to like? Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Easy affordable pet insurance

After looking on numerous comparison sites and getting very confused with all the different types of policies that were available, I looked on bought by many and it was so easy. They have a easy and simple to understand range of policies for all budgets that cover a wide range of things that can occur with your pets. They also offer free video chats with vets which is great, speak to them without spending on a trip to the vets, winner winner!
