Same siblings as my sister and higher price. So cancelled

Insurance went up as we would expect if used it but never used it in a year and myself and my sister has same breed / same litter/ same policy. My policy £60 difference to my sisters.. no explanation or price match ! We both cancelled and found a lot cheaper Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

The way it should be.

Life is normally complicated. Our dog hurt his paw. We went to the vet for treatment. It was more expensive than we anticipated so we filed an incredibly simple claim online. The claim was settled within a week. Simple and practical. The way it should be. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Insurance for my kitten

Insurance was easy to set up when I got my ragdoll kitten. Payment stays the same and won’t rise even on claiming which happily I haven’t had to do. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Bought by Many provides excellent service even when they are understaffed during the pandemic. They are efficient and most importantly friendly and personable which is rare.
