Great price, great cover

So far happy with my pet insurance have not claimed so can’t comment on that apart from looks really easy and straightforward, ha big a video available 24/7 is a deal breaker, family member used it and said it was brilliant. Great price, great cover. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Currently have a claim

So easy to deal with

My dog has had a couple of spells of illness and bought by many have been fantastic to deal with. They are very prompt to the extent that my vet couldn’t provide them information fast enough and they were very prompt to pay my vet too. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I was with another company Prior to this company, but I found this company to be excellent value for money and they explain everything very well so there's never any issues you need to ask them anything that always there to help

Nothing is too much trouble this company, they explain everything extremely well and if you have any questions or queries there only to happy to answer these questions, more importantly they are great value for money and you know exactly what you're getting when you take the policy out with this company as it is explained very well Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Immediate reply/answer to any problem

You can ring them at their office and connect to a ‘real person’ who obviously knows what they are advising you about. Over the past 60 years I have had 3 different pet insurance companies but not one any where near as good or cheap as BOUGH BY MANY. Well done to all in the office.... and thank you. Very good price for coverage

Fantastic service

Despite only just taking out our policy, Bought By Many settled our claim for a very nasty broken leg to our puppy. We went to the emergency vet who treated her instantly and only requested our policy excess as payment. After this BBM communicated directly with our vets and all of the paperwork was carried out between them. This removed all of the stress during this time and did not impact on us financially. Overall an excellent service and I cannot praise them highly enough. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
