I was with another company Prior to this company, but I found this company to be excellent value for money and they explain everything very well so there's never any issues you need to ask them anything that always there to help

Nothing is too much trouble this company, they explain everything extremely well and if you have any questions or queries there only to happy to answer these questions, more importantly they are great value for money and you know exactly what you're getting when you take the policy out with this company as it is explained very well Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

You can ring them at their office and connect to a ‘real person’ who obviously knows what they are advising you about. Over the past 60 years I have had 3 different pet insurance companies but not one any where near as good or cheap as BOUGH BY MANY. Well done to all in the office.... and thank you. Fantastic service

Despite only just taking out our policy, Bought By Many settled our claim for a very nasty broken leg to our puppy. We went to the emergency vet who treated her instantly and only requested our policy excess as payment. After this BBM communicated directly with our vets and all of the paperwork was carried out between them. This removed all of the stress during this time and did not impact on us financially. Overall an excellent service and I cannot praise them highly enough. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I trawled the internet and the various pet insurance providers, and as a first time pet owner found the task daunting. However Bought by Many was clear about what they did and don't cover, were very competitively priced and have been easy to deal with. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Peace of mind at a very good cost

Insuring pets is mostly peace of mind, knowing that if something bad did happen to your fur baby, you wouldn’t have the added worry of struggling to pay for it. Pets gets the treatment they need when they need it, all this for a reasonable monthly payment. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I have had an ongoing issue with my dog which resulted in me moving vets. Bought by many made the claim so simple and nothing was too much trouble.
