Brilliant!

As first time dog owners it can be daunting to search through the jungle of pet insurance and be sure you've got the right thing. Bought by Many made this much easier and more manageable. They also came highly recommended from our Facebook dog group and have been great so far. What we like most is their fixed for life insurance, which we chose for our dog, as this gives us peace of mind that the premium will stay the same every year. Emergency vet claims

We had a couple of emergency trips to the out of hours vet with our greyhound. We put in a claim to bought by many. It was dealt with immediately . I was very relieved , impressed and very pleased. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Straight forward claims process

I have claimed once and it was very easy and a pleasant experience. My premium went up a bit this year but they explained it was because the dog is 3 and gave me the reasons. I find their communications clear and honest. I feel as though I can trust them. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Had to make 2 claims as my little Yorkie had an adverse reaction to flea treatments and required admission for treatment as was extremely poorly This has been dealt with with no issues and very straightforward Thank you My little dog will now have to receive specialist treatment for treatments have recommended Bought by many to other doggy mums Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Reliable, efficient and good value

I previously had a bullmastiff that had spinal issues they paid out quickly and made dealing with my beloved pet need serous surgery manageable. They did put my premiums up the following year but it wasn’t massive hike like I was expecting. He continued to have costly issues and they continued to pay out quickly. I have recommended them to lots of people on bullmastiff’s group on Facebook and have insured my dogs since as I have always been impressed with their customer care, reasonable premiums and cover they provide.
