Scammers

Black Box fitted. Now telling me what roads I can and cannot drive on. Hard cornering going round a roundabout. Telling me if I don't pay £125 my insurance will be cancelled. Under a litre car and its costing a fortune Reviewed on: 4th February 2023

SCAM!! the black box is really bad. 2 months and it's gone up £50 plus everytime I drive the car they say speed is good but cornering is bad even tho I had it checked by driving instructor and he couldn't understand it. You tell MARMALADE scamers this but there brains don't understand. 2 months and they asked for about £1100 extra or they will cancel the policy. A generally good insurer

This was my first car insurance company that I went with. I had a black box on my car for the first year, which at times I found to be slightly sensitive and inaccurate. Although they were and easy company to use. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022

Loosing days

My daughter , who has learner driver insurance through Marmalade for 60 days, got a a private registration number. I changed the registration with Marmalade, only to be told that she had to wait 7 days before this could be updated, there fore could not drive the car and would not be compensated fe the seven days. Whereas, I’m insured through M&S, who changed this over on the same day and hour. Not impressed and won’t be renewing with Marmalade. Reviewed on: 30th May 2022
