No Machines!!!

The customer service here is exceptional, through all the branches. The staff are very engaging with all their customers. It's not like the commercial banks that have machines and you are told off for queuing up at the counter for help. I highly recommend this building society. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025

I use my local branch at Garstang, and all the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I do shopping at Garstang so it is splendid that Marsden is maintaining a branch there when the big banks and building societies have all been closing branches. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025
