Great service after a bumpy start.

We had an excellent contact at Mayfair called Mandy who picked up our claim after a bit of a bumpy start. Initially the communication had been a bit slow but once Mandy picked up our email, she was very quick to respond to questions and helped us with the details of the claim. Efficient and always polite and helpful

I have arranged motor insurance through Mayfair for several years now. The reminders are always sent out with sufficient notice and enough information to make decisions without being pressured. Their telephone is always answered in person quickly and in a friendly way, with no hesitation in giving explanations when required.
