Mipet, excellent and easy claims Mipet has always settled claims as quickly as the vet sends them in. Only downside is premium is quite high. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026

MiPet Cover is no longer selling new pet insurance policies, but existing policies are still running.

Replacement policies continued on or after the 1st of May 2025 are with Petcover and Allianz. Policies with renewal dates on or before the 30th of April 2025 are with Insurance Factory Limited.

In all the support, contact and correspondence, whether by email or phone we have recieved with MiPet cover, we have always recieved good, quality care that has been given with understanding, compassion, empathy and genuine supportive care. Time and clear explanation of support and process has always been had with good sound, clear knowledge, explained step by step, with this reassurance during some stressful times with our beloved pets, it helps confirm the price is of value of money for the service, care and support provided for our very loved pets, that are part of our family. There when I needed them

When my dog was diagnosed with bone growth issues as a pup, the operation he needed was really expensive, and the vet said we’d most likely be looking at amputation. Mipet was there and quickly approved payment on the very expensive operation, it’s over 2 years later and he’s a happy healthy dog that loves running around on four legs! I’m glad I had insurance with mipet, my vet said that with other insurers they may not have paid out. Reviewed on: 24th July 2022
