Mipet, excellent and easy claims Mipet has always settled claims as quickly as the vet sends them in. Only downside is premium is quite high. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026

MiPet Cover is no longer selling new pet insurance policies, but existing policies are still running.

Replacement policies continued on or after the 1st of May 2025 are with Petcover and Allianz. Policies with renewal dates on or before the 30th of April 2025 are with Insurance Factory Limited.

A goodsend

I have 1 dog and 2 cats with them. My little dog has epilepsy and i don't to worry about anything. I ring the vets order tablets and it goes through no problem. The vets are able to talk on my behalf. Also I have peace of mind that my little Loki is covered for the rest of his life. I highly recommend them to everyone Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Easy and hassle free

My experience with customer service and making a claim on separate occasions we’re both hassle free and easy, the advisors I spoke to were helpful and informative. The claim I made was direct from the vets and I got email updates about it but didn’t have to do anything, perfect! Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
