Surprisingly easy

It’s my first time using an online mortgage broker, I had to arrange my house and also my BTL mortgage. Both were far easier then previously using a shop, emails were often answered straight away and I was kept fully up to date all the way through the process. Mojo saved my house purchase

I had nothing but a great experience with Mojo. Despite being a first time buyer, and knowing nothing about mortgages or buying property, I walked away from my appointment with Chris feeling really confident. A point that other brokers kept making was that they were certain they had more banks/mortgages on offer, so they could find me a better deal. However, a quick search reveals Mojo is a directly regulated entity with the FCA, and has access to the whole market. A lot of the other brokers I spoke to were just resellers, who pay other companies for limited access. My offer was accepted on the guarantee that we'd complete at the end of March 2020. As we went through the buying process, some stuff came up which meant I was very likely to miss my completion date. There were some clauses in my lease that the bank had to agree to, and they also needed 5 working days to release the money. My estate agent called my representative at Mojo, who somehow managed to escalate our case within the bank. The same day, the bank agreed to the terms of the lease, and was able to release the funds a day later. To quote my estate agent and my solicitor, Mojo saved my purchase. All round excellent service

Our existing deal was coming to an end and whereas in the past i had searched around myself for the best deal, this time we were looking to release a little equity to carry out some improvements on our property. From the initial inquiry through to completion Mojo were fantastic. All the staff we dealt with were approachable, friendly and kept in regular contact throughout. In terms of our new mortgage deal, they listened thoroughly to our requirements and found an ideal product which ended up saving us money over the term of the deal. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

My enquiry was a by to let mortgage renewal, the whole experience from the initial enquiry to the completion was excellent, I received good solid, accurate advise and the interest rate was the best on the market.
