This is the 2nd time I’ve used Mojo as the 1st experience was so good I didn’t think of going anywhere else when my mortgage came for renewal. Really friendly, professional and efficient service and at no cost to the customer, that is a no brainer as far as I’m concerned Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021

Unprofessional and dont care

Mojo nearly cost me my mortgage. They didn’t read information, failed to pass on details to the bank, never communicated to me or the bank and were very slow to do anything (no Covid excuses because this was before the pandemic hit). Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021

Eventually after a few weeks like others have said, you just get ignored. I ended up sneakily having to contact the building society direct. There’s a reason mojo won’t retain this award and have resorted to an email heavy marketing campaign to bribe us with the chance of £1000 to vote for them... Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021
