Had my account blocked for 3 weeks now they don’t care they don’t answer emails only way to get your money back is legal people but then again that takes months now how many people have to go to them

SCAM!!! BLOCKED ACCOUNT

After 3 years O change my phone and they blocked my account for no reason. They say they'd be in touch shortly but it's been a week now. I want my money back. How did you all solve this?

All good reviews witch everyone can see on the Trustpilot are fake this company will quickly open you're account you make couple of transportation and all sudden you're account will get closedown or blocked will all you're money inside. "company" not gonna respond for a months. Al fakel positive feedback on the Trustpilot only helping them to carry on there scam longer !! There is no real customer suppor only automated email witch usually doesn't make any sense If you will try to contact number witch is provided and you get lucky to reach someone by phone number people on the phone gonna make fun out of you !! I never come across with more radicular scam in my life witch running legally.....

All I did was change my phone then my account was blocked! No telephone number to be able to talk to someone just emails which say wait for contact from our compliance team! Not heard a word from the compliance team tried so I will be reporting Monese to the financial ombudsman this is not a way to run an online bank total scam! I want MY MONEY BACK!

i have been using my account for almost one year,have the salary on it,saving money for my little daughter ,receiving parts of the momey,spent for school things from other parents colleagues on my daughter school colleagues, and in one day whitour notice ,they close my Account whit more the 2000£ on it.received an email whit what I have to do,reply on it,and tried to contact them on email or phone but no answer.is almost 3 weeks of and no money back how they said on other my account.and ofecours no reply till now.

Same problem as with everyone else at about the same time. I just changed my phone and my account has been blocked for over a month now. I have not been contacted and don't tell me to wait i have been waiting for way longer than anyone should. This is obviously some scam going on with all the online banks because the complaints for blocked accounts have gone way up all at the same time. Do NOT by any means use these types of online "banks". You'd end up with no money and a ton of headaches.

Hidden fees ! you have to top up with money to see their exchange fees.
they kinda force you to buy their card, and there is no option to cancel the order if you do it by mistake.
I am worried to keep my
money in this online banking...
What door am I gonna knock if my money will disappear?

SCAM BANK

My account has been blocked since May till now no response from this stupid bank, over £2000 and no one is saying anything. I have reported to FSA to help track this rogues and get my money back.

Monese have blocked my partners account after he tried to transfer money over to another account he uses monthly. Received one email back saying they could transfer the remaining balance over to another account however this didn't include the original transfer money. Since then we have received no further emails/have tried to call everyday. He doesn't even have access to the app as they have closed his account so he can't even access the rest of his money. This is the account his NHS salary went into. Aboustely applaing behaviour. Have contacted the FOS in the UK for advice and will be taking this further if we do not hear back soon. Hopefully soon the ombudsman receive enough complaints to revoke their banking license.

UPDATE:

The same Answers since 2 Months. My Money is not SAVE because of your behaviour!

Hello,

I have had 3 years this account and I was super happy. But changed my phoned and got blocked. I would only like to understand the time frame for how long i wont access my account as my everyday life depends on those funds. They say temporarily but how long is temporarily? I have read the term and conditions and they say why it might have happen, but no answer on how long, nor an explanation of the process is going and when would be back to normal. If this will take weeks !!! I need to find a solution! as I would need to soon buy food in the supermarket, for instance, and if I do not have access how would i do it? I also have seen that the messages that Monese is answering in these reviews are actually the same answers giving by mail. So thank you Monese but I do not need to read again the reasons why, nor the support mail they are not answering emails. Would be great if they could just give more of information and framework to the people who hold the account, as we are trusting the bank with the money we earn through our own labor and effort. If we cannot access to our own financial support, the stress is immense. Blocking as a support system for security I understand, but no communication on how long it will take and the route of work, I am sorry, I cannot.

You guys have stolen money from me and my 2 year old daughter. And I don’t want to see any fucking reply back from the team about please wait for us to respond. BECAUSE YOU DONT RESPOND AT ALL. so I’ve copied my local mp and the Onbusmen team into a complaint email. And hopefully they can sort it out. This isn’t acceptable and I promise you I’m going to reply a complaint
Email every single day until I get my money back you dirty thieves. I hope someone sues this dirty company.

Stay away, money scammers, are they actually allowed to get away with this without even a response, who regulates them?, luckily I only had a few hundred it but how many people are the scamming daily
