Great support and always innovating

Since 2015, I think, that I'm Monese client. I was very sceptical about this kind of Mobile banking system, but now, I can tell for sure, that Monese is a trustable company, with real chances to be one of the world's best online banks. I really don't have any complaints and I appreciate their business model (Growing with "baby steps" and present us with new features every single month). They lie and mislead consumers by sending misleading notifications and offering misleading special offers. The customer support is lying and condescending and ignore you for days. Reviewed on: 26th January 2020
