Great for saving money direct from my wages

Great for saving money direct from my wages - easy app that can be used to withdraw funds and easy to be able to amend contributions - the prize draws are fantastic and the lottery. It is a great service which was recommended to be by another colleague - it has helped me save for holidays and pay for our wedding. Reviewed on: 12th May 2026

Helpful staff when responding to Customers emails

Helpful staff when responding to emails - and follow up to confirm anything requested has been actioned. Regular emails sent to customers advising what is happening, offers of entering competitions and providing information on outcomes - e.g. recent taking on another Credit Union. Regular Saver

I use the regular saver via salary sacrifice which makes saving so easy and access to funds is quick and simple. The customer service I received when I needed help with my account was excellent and my issue was resolved quickly. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
