10/10 process for DRO application

Really easy to go through the website and apply for DRO. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been really friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Process was really quick and I was updated through email and text throughout whole process. Information was easy to upload and could use different formats which was helpful as some information was just screenshots whilst some was saved to files. When I had to call I managed to get straight through and talk to someone who was very helpful. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2025

Very professional and supportive

I spoke to 3 people regarding my situation and all of them were very helpful, professional and supportive to my needs. I also as given advice and options which were best for me and advised on which ones worked out the best for my situation. It took a load off of my mind and the whole process was quick and fairly simple to complete. I was given a decision very quickly and managed to send all the paperwork they needed very easily. I was very anxious about talking on the phone about my debts. I was made to feel at ease and the lovely Kayleigh who handled everything for me was so understanding and compassionate.
