5-Star Review – Excellent Experience with Money Wellness (via StepChange Recommendation) I recently completed a Debt Relief Order (DRO) through Money Wellness, after being referred by StepChange, and I couldn't be more grateful for the support I received. From the very beginning, they explained every step of the process clearly and made sure I understood what to expect. The team was incredibly polite and professional throughout. They followed up with phone calls to make sure all the information was correct and that I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I really appreciated how personal and considerate their approach was. Once everything was submitted, they even sent me a text to confirm when it was all done—which gave me such peace of mind. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming process was made simple, supportive, and stress-free. I highly recommend Money Wellness to anyone in financial difficulty. 10/10 process for DRO application

Really easy to go through the website and apply for DRO. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been really friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Process was really quick and I was updated through email and text throughout whole process. Information was easy to upload and could use different formats which was helpful as some information was just screenshots whilst some was saved to files.
