I was at the last straw and didn't know where to turn and I got in touch with money wellness and they took care of everything the helped me through my darkest day and without money wellness I'd still be in a mess where as I'm just beginning to get my life back on track Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

I struggled with application step 1 and 2 uploading...

I struggled with application step 1 and 2 uploading payslips, bank statements. Had to install 7zip which was frustratingly hard. If i had not got my son to help me it would have been a complete fail. Also I was frustrated that i got sent round in circles when trying to contact you by phone, the options just werent right so i ended up being sent back to beginning or bding cut off. If i were older this would make it impossible especially if i had no internet and no computer knowledge. I eventually managed and then it was easy. Just need to make it more accessible to talk to somebody or at least provide a link or live chat. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Money wellness are a amazing company they helped me through getting a Debt relief order I simply couldn't afford to pay my Debts the process was by telephone and online I highly recommended them to anyone who is in debt and not afford to pay back anything as I did it's very stressful being in debt and money wellness helped me so much I now have a fresh start and no worries with Debts thank you so much money wellness Reviewed on: 15th July 2025
