I’ve been struggling with a difficult debt situation for nearly two years, and every time I reached out to a debt advisor, I felt pushed towards an IVA that didn’t suit my circumstances. This experience was completely different. Natasha took the time to understand my situation, considered all of my outgoings, and helped find the best solution tailored to me. I wasn't in a good place with bills I contacted these wonderful people to help me after a relationship breakdown as I didnt know which way to turn. The customer service and understanding from who I dealt with outstanding. Explained everything to me from start to finish and maintained contact with me throughout the whole of the process.
