I was referred to Money Wellness by my credit card company, due to a change in circumstances, making it difficult to continue with repayments of any amount, let alone the minimum paymeent! I spent almost 90 minutes on the telephone with your wonderful advisor, who was so understanding, empathetic, and most importantly, REALLY clear with the options that were available to me as well as the feasability of each option. I felt, and continue to feel much happier about my debt. Whilst this is a relatively small debt, it caused me a great deal of concern, and your advisor was truly outstanding!
