Natasha was amazing, she made the phone call so easy (I was dreading calling until I spoke with Natasha). She went through everything with me and made sure I understood and that all my information was correct. Kept in contact after the call and let me know f any progress via text. Highly recommend. pretty straightforward, easy to understand and very efficient. Telephone manners were outstanding. Application process was very long ,and formal information required was a bit overwhelming as I've forgotten more than half of it midway through a 3 and a half hour call. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025

Lee was amazing and so understanding
