Overall, a satisfactory experience.. The first point of call kept referring to me as 'sweetie', 'darling', 'sweetheart' which was a bit off putting but the main man was ok. He did me a direct phone number for him which he said "if you've got any questions, just text or call". I text him about something but he never replied. Infact, the next message from his number was to say my DRO application had been accepted but he made no reference to my question! Reviewed on: 22nd June 2025
