Excellent service.

Excellent service....My 1 negative was that I had to ring to make it all happen as noone messaged or emailed me when the next stage was meant to happen....so my advice is do not wait and ring before 10am, otherwise you will be on hold for over an hour! Reviewed on: 1st April 2025

I am disabled and have a cognitive impairment.

I am disabled and have a cognitive impairment. The staff were so helpful and talked me through everything slowly and helped me understand what was happening. I have had a few creditors contacting me, so I rang wellness and they told me what to do. I feel so relieved it's like a massive weight has been lifted and would definitely recommend them to help you when you need it. Reviewed on: 1st April 2025
