Thorough, straight to the point and polite.

This was the first time ever going through a service of this type I was anxious but they put my mine at ease, went through the process and thanks to money wellness and the person I spoke with on the phone everything was sorted within half hour and I couldn't be happier with the customer service provided. Great experience. Really easy to follow the texts/emails to upload evidence etc. Staff were really helpful, calling when there was issues with the application to process it quicker. I had to call to do 2 separate applications for my Husband and I and it was made so simple by Andrew. He was very friendly, understanding and helpful.
