Patient, understanding, well informed and care about you and your specific situation. I suffer from acute anxiety which lead to delays as I couldn't face making the necessary phone calls. I was always taken back to where I should be with the process. Never impatience. Within minutes of each call I relaxed and the last few calls became easier. Particular mention to Darren. Amazing guy who made me realise I could trust MW completely. But to everyone single person I spoke to...Thank you. You have renewed my faith in decent people in this very toxic world.
