I was forced into seeking financial and debt advice as a direct result of Universal Credit miscalculating our entitlements, which they have now admitted and apologised for. I had no option but to seek advice and from the very first person I spoke to at Money Wellness (Anne Ross) who SAVED me from committing suicide to the last person I spoke to when my Debt Relief Order was granted were and are Incredible. This organisation and all of its employees must always be recognised by all for the incredible work they do. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Beth who helped guide and support me through the whole process made it super easy to understand and run through all the information needed. She was kind, considerate & patient, especially when I had to look for documents or call companies to get correct figures, also allowing me to amend the final document if I saw anything that needed changing.
