My circumstances were dire since the cost of living skyrocketed, a 2 weeks ago I had bailiffs at the door, up until money wellness I had delt with people that just didn't care, the people at money wellness were friendly, judgement free people who treated me with respect and dignity, I entered breathing space the next day and had a DRO approved within a week, now I am able to start from scratch, it is a weight off my shoulders, the future is looking brighter. Sarah was very patient as I explained my type of dyslexia means it's hard for me to process information on the spot as it were, so when people talk too fast I can't retain it.
