A difficult situation made easier

The whole team was amazing from the start to the finish. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I had no idea where to start when it came to sorting out my debts, and to be honest I was rather embarrassed that I had got myself into this situation. They helped with compiling a list of my creditors and the money owed to each of them, and then gave me options for clearing my debts. Judgement free and compassionate

As someone that suffers with complex mental health issues 1 was really struggling coming to terms with my dept and was extremely anxious about approaching anyone for help. The money advice team have been amazing ! They were so understanding and compassionate when talking to me and kept me informed every step of the way. Any question I had was answered in a way I could understand and was 100% judgement free! They gave me all of the information I needed so that I was able to make an informed decision about which option was best for me.
