Every step of the way the advisor was professional and caring, did not hold judgment against me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about the situation I was in. Having the DRO has been a huge weight lifted from my shoulders and after months of worrying and burying my head in the sand I am finally smiling again and can sleep at night! Patient and empathic

Hard process personally but everyone I spoke to was empathetic and patient. My only gripe would be not being able to communicate as promptly to ease any anxieties I may have had. However they have made the process as easy and straightforward as possible. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2024
